How this is measured
Every year from 2012 to 2023, the US companies whose shares held by the public were worth this much, and which of them stopped filing reports within the next two years and why, from SEC filings: a bankruptcy filing, a merger proxy or tender offer, a delisting by the exchange, a deregistration, or no reason on record. A pattern across many companies says little about any one company.
